This is my all-time favorite Christmas song and one of my favorite versions of it. I love that he doesn't need anything to be amazing. He just is. He can just stand still, alone on a stage, and belt out an amazingly powerful song. Merry Christmas Everyone!

I love him. That voice is just a gift from God. If I could sing like that, I would sing everything I said. No more talking, just singing.
1I like the Cartman version better.
2It is a great performance, great.
3He does have an amazing voice. Isn't he Jewish though? It would seem odd for a Jewish singer to perform Christmas music. It would be like me singing Hanukkah songs.
4Christmas is a national holiday, with a great deal of wonderful hymns. Who cares, who sings them, as long as they touch the soul. It is political correctness run amuk I remember my kids singing:
have a little dreidel
I made it out of clay
And when it's dry and ready
Then dreidel I shall play!
Oh dreidel, dreidel, dreidel
I made it out of clay
And when it's dry and ready
Then dreidel I shall play!
It has a lovely body
5With legs so short and thin
And when my dreidel's tired
It drops and then I win!

By the way much of the music written by the likes of Bach, Beethoven, Mozart were masses, Catholic masses to boot. Does that give Catholics the sole right to play that music.
7An amazing version. He really has a great voice.

8Gramps that song has different lyrics that go something like:
I have a little dreidel
I made it out of clay
And when it's dry and ready
Some big fat guy in a red suit came and took them all away!

Oh I do love him. He has an incredible voice.
9I also love Celine Dion and Celtic Woman's versions of this beautiful song.
I love the performance, too! I'm so glad you posted it. His voice is beyond beautiful.
Grandpa, we sang the dreidel song in school, too. We were taught about Christmas and Hanukkah in school...and I went to public school.
