I'll make this list PUBLIC***
Since the last two list questions I posted were serious I thought this end of the year list should be fun.
List #3 What are the Top 5 (bad) food weaknesses that you (probably) ate way too much of this year?
1) Taco Bell: I am addicted to their nacho supreme and their crunchy taco supreme. (In fact I just had it for lunch 30 minutes ago)
2) White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies
3) McDonald's french fries. They are sooo good but oh sooo bad for you!!
4) 3 Musketeers candy bars. I can never get enough of that smooth silky chocolate inside.
5) Last but certainly not least: Since I'm a filipino we LOVE LOVE our rice. I'm addicted to it. I can't eat any meat dish without my rice. It certainly doesn't help my stomach but it's sooo worth it.
So, what's on your list? If you have more than 5, please feel free to post more than 5.

My problem is not in quality, but quantity. I generally eat one meal/day..dinner...and a lot of it. I know, I know, I know
1BAD Grandpa!!!
2Well my weakness is really just eating too much. I'm definitely my father's daughter, we like to eat eat eat! I normally eat more than my boyfriend and he's twice my size.
As for specific foods...there is really only one major weakness...anything sweet that people bring in and sit DIRECTLY OUTSIDE MY CUBICLE at work. How am I supposed to stay away when the deliciousness is wafting into my area?!
I'm pretty well behaved other than that.

3Grandpa, I do the same thing!!!!! I know, sooo bad... But it's just how I operate..
1.) Powdered sugar donuts
2.) Chocolate 'Krackel' bars. This is just as of lately though. My mom bought one of those HUGE variety bags and I pick those out and hoard them...
3.) Pizza rolls. I love them.. Sometimes I eat them with a fork.
4.) I had too many McD's burgers in the past three months. Actually, I went there about four times, so, that's not too bad.
5.) Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips. I eat those a lot.
The thing is, my system moves at warp speed so nothing really matters.
4HAHAH Okay my list of evil bad for me pleasures:
1. Totino’s Pizza Rolls - the pepporoni kind
2. CHEESE - All kinds
3. McDonalds - Mcnuggets (I love them and feel guilty everytime I eat them)
4. Party Mix - the kind in the big barrel - hahaha this is my favorite and I know it is BAD when you eat half the barrel in a sitting
5. Dairy Queen - Bannana cream pie blizzard
Now I really want a blizzard!!!!! hahahhaha
5Here's a weird coincidence. I used to work at the plant that made Totino's pizza rolls. If you think they are good after they are frozen, you should taste them right out of the fryer.
6My bad food list:
1. Pizza
72. ice cream
3. Egg McMuffin
4. Movie popcorn with lots of butter
5. fast food
you all are making me hungry just reading your lists! YUM!

I actually did really good this year because I have a fitness/nutrition goal and I stuck to it but would have the occasional treat here and there. But nothing that I went overboard with or anything.
101. An icy Margarita with tortilla chips & salsa on the side
112. Wavy Lays & French onion dip
3. Taco Bell
4. Chocolate
5. Yellow cake with chocolate frosting
kim you are making us all look naughty! LOL!
12Oh yes, just have to add an Eggnog latte with extra whip from Starbucks!
131. Starbucks coffee - pumpkin latte, gingerbread latte, carmel macchaitto... It is loadedwith calories, so I try to get it as non-fat as possible!
2. chocolate
3. Cinamon Crunch Bagel with Cream Cheese from Panera Bread
I think that is my top three !!

14Pamela, I love and hate you at the same time for that list- it sounds SO good!
1- Taco Bell, chicken grilled stuff't burrito, no beans.
2- Other Mexican/Tex-Mex food. I've been eating so much of that lately.
3- Ice cream. Oh, glorious ice cream. Any of the REALLY yummy kinds that come in pints, like Ben and Jerry's. I have not eaten ice cream since we moved here to S.C. (well, once), and I'm not eating it until after Christmas. I literally almost started crying in the grocery store when my fiance asked if I wanted to buy some ice cream, and I had to say no.
4-Pizza of any kind. Frozen, regular old Papa John's, the more gourmet-style restaurant pizzas. I love them all.
5- Anything buffalo. Just the other night I whipped up some buffalo sauce to have on tortilla chips.
Obviously, I love food.
15Tiff, the ole love/hate problem! ha! In the name of being vain and trying to maintain good health and fit into my jeans, I do try my best to eat my favorite foods in moderation- otherwise I'd have mega stomach aches (groan!)
161. Diet Soda (Pepsi or Coke). If artificial sweeteners, citric acid, "caramel color," and/or preservatives cause anything, I'm getting it.
172. Brie. All five could be different cheeses, actually.
3. French fries from the drive-thru when the line is long so I know they are super fresh!
4. Rainbow Goldfish by Pepperidge Farm.
5. Mexican food. Not picky here.
Renann- Oh my goodness! Those Panera bagels are yummy! I haven't had one of those in so long. Guess where I'll be for breakfast?
I have to add Mountain Dew to my list. Bad, bad, bad but I love it.
18Pamela - potato chips covered with Bleu cheese? Never heard of it. But I MUST try it SOON. sounds delicious!

33My attitude towards food and drink, life. I eat and drink what I want. I take the bloody pills for high blood pressure and cholesterol that the Dr. prescribes, but given my choice of enjoying life, and existing for an extra 10 years, missing the things I enjoy. Well, those last 10 years are not all they are cracked up to be.
34Thanks for answering everyone. Damn everything sounds soooo good!
AMEN Grandpa.
351. Baconators from Wendy's (I Think I'm addicted to them.)
362. Corned Beef Sandwich's from my favorite Deli

1) Starbucks skinny cinnamon dulce latte (trying to make them at home because they will sell you their syrup, but I can't get frothing down)
2) diet coke, diet pepsi, diet mountain dew
3) eggs! My favorite recipe is boil spaghetti sauce, put about 6 to 8 eggs in the sauce, cook until appropriate doneness (I like the yokes solid more than runny) pour concoction over chewy bread and top with cheese.
4) definitely cheese
5) no sugar peanut butter
6) ice cream
37Milky Way
38Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte
Pizza with sweet sauce
York extra sharp spread cheese and crackers

42Pamela, I had those at a steakhouse last year and they were divine. The portion was huge so I took some home, but they didn't taste good when they weren't fresh! OMG, they fresh fried the potato chips and everything. Totally homemade. I was in heaven!!! Thanks for reminding me of that great meal!
