I know there are a lot of L&O SVU lovers out there so I thought I'd share this.
ANGELES (Reuters) - "Law & Order" star Mariska Hargitay has suffered a partially collapsed lung, her representative said on Monday.
But Hargitay will appear in all remaining episodes of her show, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" on U.S. network NBC, her representative, Gary Mantoosh, said in a statement.
Mantoosh declined to say how Hargitay, 44, suffered the partially collapsed lung.
Hargitay, who plays a detective on the show, was nominated for a Golden Globe award for best actress in a television drama, but she lost out on Sunday to Anna Paquin in the HBO show "True Blood."

I just saw the military-hatin' episode that someone was talking about the other week. Apparently I need to watch my back constantly because every military man is a woman hater or a rapist.

3On Fox this morning they said it could be due to trauma, and she was recently involved in a snowmobile accident. Since they are saying she can continue to work, presumably it was only a partial collapse, and she will be fine.
4I also was reading somewhere that it may have been spontaneous pneumothorax (random lung collapse).

I have heard of such a thing, sometimes folkd=s do not even know it has happened to them.
